The MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a newly developed product. This product features a compact design, strong structural versatility, flexible assembly, and standard modular design, making it a safe, economical, reasonable, and reliable new type of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear.
This product has high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, and high protection level. This device conforms to IEC439, VDE660 Part 5, and the national standard GB7251-87 "Low-voltage complete switchgear", and the professional standard ZBK36001-89 "Low-voltage withdrawable complete switchgear".
Compact Design: Accommodates more functional units in a smaller space.
Strong Structural Versatility and Flexible Assembly: C-shaped profiles with a 25mm module can meet the needs of various structural types, protection levels, and usage environments.
Standard Modular Design: Can be assembled into standard units for protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement, and indication. Users can select and assemble them as needed. With over 200 assembly components, different cabinet structures and drawer units can be assembled.
Safety: Extensive use of high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components effectively enhances safety protection performance.
High Technical Performance: Main parameters reach the contemporary international technical level.
Space Saving: High degree of integration, greatly reducing the space required for storage and transportation of components.
Easy Assembly: No special or complex tools are required.
Wide Applicability: Suitable for AC 50-60Hz, rated operating voltage of 660V and below power supply systems, used for the control of power generation, power transmission, power distribution, power conversion, and power consumption equipment.
Compliant with International and Domestic Standards: Conforms to IEC439, VDE660 Part 5, GB7251 "Low-voltage complete switchgear", and ZBK36001 "Low-voltage withdrawable complete switchgear" professional standards.
Normal Operating Environmental Conditions
1. Ambient air temperature not higher than +55℃, not lower than -15℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours not higher than +35℃.
2. Atmospheric conditions: Clean air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of +40℃, higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, e.g., 90% at +20℃, but the possibility of occasional moderate condensation due to temperature changes should be considered.
3. Altitude not exceeding 2000m.
4. This device is suitable for transportation and storage processes within the temperature range of -25℃ to +55℃, reaching +70℃ for short periods. Under these extreme temperatures, the device should not suffer any irreversible damage and should function normally under normal conditions.
5. If the above operating conditions cannot be met, the user and manufacturer should negotiate a solution.
