Text and image details
The KYN28-12 metal-clad switchgear (hereinafter referred to as KYN28-12 switchgear) is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 7.2~12kV single busbar and single busbar sectional power systems, and has "five-proof" functions. The removable part of the switchgear can be equipped with components such as vacuum circuit breakers and vacuum contactors.
The KYN28-12 switchgear meets standards such as IEC298, GB3906, and DL404.
The protection level of the switchgear enclosure is IP4X. When the circuit breaker compartment door is opened and the truck is removed, the protection level is IP2X.
During system installation and operation, all relevant IEC standards and national or local safety guidelines should be observed. Information provided by our company should also be considered.
Operating Conditions
1. Normal Operating Conditions
The normal operating conditions for the KYN28-12 switchgear are as follows:
Indoor Ambient Temperature:
Maximum Temperature: +40°C
Daily average value not exceeding: +35°C
Minimum Temperature: -15°C
Indoor Ambient Humidity:
Daily average relative humidity: 95% or less
Monthly average relative humidity: 90% or less
Installation altitude: 1000m or less
Seismic intensity: Not exceeding 8 degrees
No fire or explosion hazards, no serious pollution or chemical corrosion.
2. Special Operating Conditions
For special operating conditions, please consult the manufacturer. The manufacturer and the user should reach a consensus on the special operating conditions.
The reduction in air dielectric strength at altitudes above 1000m has been considered in the design.
If the ambient temperature exceeds the limit, compensation or current carrying capacity restrictions should be considered in the design of the busbars and branch busbars. Installing ventilation devices inside the cabinet will help with heat dissipation.
3. Notes:
If the humidity is high and the temperature fluctuates rapidly and significantly in the area where the switchgear operates, there is a risk of condensation. Therefore, users should ensure that the heater is operating 24/7 in standby and operating states! However, it can be turned off during high-current operation.
