The cable integrated branch connector is a new patented product specially developed by our company for the connection characteristics of tunnel lighting. It is mainly used for the power connection of the end product lighting fixtures in the tunnel and is a connection accessory for the end product.
This product has the characteristics of flame retardancy, moisture proof, waterproof, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, salt spray resistance, and wind pressure resistance. The shell is fixed by stainless steel bolts to prevent vibration and falling off, fully meeting the use of high-speed train operation and humid tunnel environment.
II. Product Composition
The cable integrated branch connector consists of an insulated flame-retardant protective shell, copper terminals, insulated fire-resistant ceramic branch body, insulated waterproof sealing strip, insulated waterproof sealing strip, and stainless steel bolts.
Note: Due to different needs in different projects, the shell material, the number of copper terminals, the branch body material, and the stainless steel bolts can be configured differently according to the project situation. Specific user needs should be negotiated with the manufacturer.

At the 25th cycle, the temperature rise of the surface of the branch connector branch terminal is no more than 75℃, and the temperature rise of the branch connector branch terminal from the 26th to 125th thermal cycles is no more than 8℃ higher than the actual temperature rise after the 25th cycle. |

IV. Operating Environment Conditions
1. Altitude not exceeding 4000m.
2. Wind speed not exceeding 60m/s.
3. Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%.
4. Installation location: Installed in places without fire, explosion hazards, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, and violent vibration.
If the above environmental conditions are exceeded, the user should consult the manufacturer.
